Bio

Eleanna Pehrson (2003), born in Dandenong, Australia, is an American artist with a background in painting, fiber arts, creating wearable art, and sculpture. Her work is deeply informed by her unique upbringing as the child of missionaries in the tropical landscape of Papua New Guinea, which she called “home” for the first 18 years of her life. With roots in primarily being a self-taught artist, she continues this path today through ongoing experimentation and exploration of new mediums in her artistic practice. She currently resides in the Twin Cities area of Minnesota, where she completed a Bachelor of Arts in Art Therapy at Bethel University (2026). During her time at college, Pehrson displayed work in three consecutive student juried exhibitions, Raspberry Monday (2024, 2025, 2026), a Salon des Refusés (2025), and at the Art-A-Whirl Bethel Student Exhibitions (2025, 2026) in Northeast Minneapolis.
